The Eco Squad 是由台灣生態環境工作者所組成的，並提供了機會與平台讓成員們能定期相聚，以期能分享經驗、互相合作、且協助彼此解決最困難的挑戰。成員採邀請制。

The Eco Squad is an exclusive group of environmental experts in Taiwan who regularly meet in person to share, collaborate, and help each other with their most challenging situations. By invitation only.

獨立對等的支援

環保專家們每天都很認真地在解決各種新的問題。然而，只有那些沒有衝突或既得利益、真正在解決環境問題的其他環保專家才能給予他們最正確獨立的協助。

Eco Squad的成員定期召開秘密會議，以期能利用環保專家們彼此的知識、經驗與智慧，集思廣益，提供彼此公正中肯的建議。在這裡，環保工作者可以擁有一個安全、保密的環境，針對他們最具挑戰性的困難與目標進行秘密討論。

Independent Peer-to-Peer Support

Every day, environmental experts work hard at solving new problems. Only other experts in the same field, without conflicting or vested interest, can make the right independent recommendation to them.

Eco Squad members meet regularly behind closed doors, in order to leverage their collective knowledge, experience, and wisdom, providing unbiased assistance to each other on the path to success. Eco-experts have a safe and protected environment to discuss and address their most challenging obstacles and objectives, confidentially.

僅限環境保護工作者

同路人才最能了解彼此、惺惺相惜。只有同樣是環保工作者，才能了解其他的環保工作者。有鑑於此，只有目前正在從事環境保護相關工作的環保專家們才能加入Eco Squad。

除此之外，經過篩選符合資格的環保專家亦可以成為「指揮官」並舉辦小組會議。「指揮官」會幫忙找到每個問題的根本，引導討論的流程，並帶領整個小組一起找到解決問題的最佳答案。

Eco-Experts Only

It takes one to know one. Only eco-experts are able to relate to other eco-experts in a useful way. Anyone who is not currently active in this field is not admitted.

Qualified eco-experts can become Squad Leaders, and run the group meetings. Squad Leaders help to find the root of each question, guiding the flow of discussions, and leading the group to find the best answers together.

就要最棘手的狀況

我們不是環境工作者可以來尋求幫助的第一個團隊，而是最後一個。我們只對付最具挑戰性的情況─不管是不完整的資料，或是因太多變數而無法作出最好的決定等等，我們能最有效地運用彼此的經驗與人際網絡來幫助解決問題。

在討論解決方案的過程中，往往會產生意見分歧的現象，然而作家收穫最多之處即在於彼此討論的過程。每次討論的收穫都如同最珍貴的寶物，不但使環境工作者能立即獲得助益和改變，更可以產生長遠的影響。

Most Challenging Situations Only

We aren't the first group eco-experts turn to for help, we are the last. We only tackle the most challenging situations, with incomplete data, too many parameters to make clear-cut decisions, leveraging our collective experience and networks.

One of the challenges is that there can be disagreeing views on what solution to choose, and what eco-experts take away from this is the process that led to this point. This is the golden nugget that makes a difference to eco-experts immediately and in the long term.

在真實世界作出決策

在這裡我們會討論想法，且最重要的是，我們尋求可以真正付諸行動的決定方案。我們不是只會唱高調，我們是真的把事情做好！當其他人已經放棄或離開時，我們還是會堅持處理好問題。環境工作者有時候會意識到他必須做出一個艱難的決定並且改走另一條非常不一樣的路，對此我們給予鼓勵。我們除了一個月見面一次之外，也會在任何會員需要幫助的時候見面。

Real-World Decision Making

We discuss new ideas, but most importantly, we seek actionable decisions. We do not theorize, we get things done. We stick around when others have given up. Sometime an eco-expert realizes s/he needs to make a difficult choice and take a very different path. We encourage that. We meet in person once a month, and in-between whenever members need help.

我們相信你的意圖比外在的條件更重要。從外而看，我們好像很瘋狂，自大狂妄，甚至像是製造麻煩的人；我們也可以把一些人惹毛─但這些都象徵了我們正在改造世界，使這社會轉變成我們理想中的模樣。

Environmental Fundamentals

Eco Squad members focus on working on meaningful and sustainable projects, often disrupting the status-quo.

We believe intention matters more than appearances. From the outside, we can seem to be crazy and arrogant troublemakers. We can be criticized by some people, typically a sign that we are making the change we want to see in the world.

成為Squad Network的一部分

找到值得信賴的事業夥伴是最大的挑戰之一。Eco Squad的會員可以接觸到其他Squad的成員，這些成員包含工程師、設計師、律師和其他相互搭配的人才，大家一起參與聚會，彼此分享、相互合作幫忙。Squad Network的創立綱領之一就是在於建立一個互信的合作關係。

Part of the Squad Network

Finding trustworthy partners to work with, is one of the biggest challenges of any professional endeavor. Eco Squad members have access to members of the other Squads, which comprise entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, lawyers, and other complementary talents, to meet, share, help and work together. Building trust relationships is one of the founding principles of the Squad Network.

我們的戰鬥在於創新與永續性。我們是以長遠的眼光及前景思維建立對顧客以及社會的企業價值。對我們而言，各種困難和挑戰之所以艱難，是因為之前沒人去嘗試，而我們就是來解決這個問題！
